The hostel life of our cadets is effectively supervised and nurtured under the guidance of dedicated wardens and mentors. At present, we have two head wardens who ensure smooth functioning of all hostel-related activities. Shri Gopakumar V, Male Warden and an Ex-Serviceman, brings with him the values of discipline, dedication, and care, ensuring that cadets maintain the traditions of the Sainik School way of life. Alongside, Smt. Swathi, Female Warden, plays an equally important role in providing motherly care, support, and a safe environment for cadets, especially in their personal and day-to-day needs.

To strengthen the emotional and psychological well-being of students, the school also has qualified counsellors who provide timely guidance and support to cadets. In addition, the teachers of the school act as mentors for students, particularly for those who require additional academic assistance or are performing below their potential. This mentorship system ensures that every cadet receives personal attention, motivation, and guidance to improve and excel.

Together, the wardens, counsellors, and teacher-mentors form a strong support system that not only monitors but also nurtures the holistic growth of cadets, making hostel life both disciplined and caring.
