  1. Parents may visit their wards on second Sundays from 10.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m.
  2. Parents are not permitted to enter the hostel campus to meet their children on other days.
  3. Home visit is allowed on second Saturdays, even if there is vacation during that month.
  4. Parents may pick their wards on the second Friday after class and check in to the hostel on sunday before 5 pm. If the cadets are not taken home, parents may meet them on the second Sunday (10.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m.).
  5. In case of an emergency, parents may contact the Academic Coordinator or the Principal.
  6. Out pass is sanctioned only on medical grounds on the recommendations of the Medical Officer. No other form of out pass is permitted. You are requested to plan all religious and family engagements during the summer and Winter breaks only.
  7. Please do not hand over money or send money order to your ward. They are not permitted to keep any money with them in dormitories. All their personal expenditure will be met from Pocket Money Account.
  8. Security Guards at the entrance gates of the school have been briefed to ascertain the bonafides of all people entering and leaving the school. Please cooperate with the security personnel in this regard. Remember, that this is being done to ensure the safety of your wards inside the school campus.
  9. Please follow all the traffic rules and regulations strictly.
  10. Parents are also requested not to smoke, drink or chew paan inside the school campus.
  11. Parents are requested to pay the fees as per the schedule.
  12. Cadets are not permitted to keep mobile phones or any other electronic items. Parents are advised to refrain from giving such items to their wards. Strict disciplinary action including withdrawal from the school will be undertaken in case of defaulters.
  13. Parents visiting their wards are requested to refrain from entering the wings or study halls of the dormitories. They will meet their wards inside the warden’s office only in their presence.
  14. Security Guards patrolling the campus have been briefed to ensure and enforce the regulations cited above. In case of any problem, please contact the Academic Co-ordinator / Principal.
  15. Parents are requested not to bring any items in plastic bags.
